About
Built to tear down. Trusted to clean up.
Wisconsin Demolition & Site Services is a demolition and construction cleanup contractor based in Milwaukee and serving Southeastern Wisconsin.
Our Mission
Keep projects moving. Keep sites ready.
Demolition is the phase that unlocks everything that comes after it — and the phase most likely to hold a project up when it is scoped loosely, scheduled optimistically, or finished without a real cleanup.
Wisconsin Demolition was founded to do that phase properly for the contractors, developers, property managers, and homeowners of Southeastern Wisconsin: commercial and residential demolition, selective and structural removal, concrete demolition, and construction cleanup, delivered with clear scopes, professional communication, and schedules that hold.
We are a new company, and we would rather earn credibility through completed projects than claim it in advance. As work is completed, this page and our project portfolio will document it. Confirmed credentials, licensing, and insurance information will be published here as they are finalized.
Operating Principles
How we run every project.
Safety is the first constraint
Every scope is planned around utility identification, protection of retained structure, and a removal sequence that does not improvise on site.
Say what the scope is, then do it
Proposals are written with explicit inclusions and exclusions. When conditions change, you hear about it before it affects the schedule.
Dates are commitments
Demolition sits at the front of every construction schedule. A late start is not an inconvenience — it is a delay for every trade behind us.
Finish the phase, not just the tear-out
A demolition is complete when the next trade can walk onto a clean site. Cleanup is part of the scope, not an afterthought.
